At Dalchinii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original Dalchinii tags and packaging intact.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
